In particular, I think the two best things were: 1) the flow- paragraph to paragraph and chapter to chapter, there was never any disconnect and 2) when you had to talk about people that played a role in your process, you did it in a truly respectful manner. I imagine it must have been a bit challenging, and a process all by itself, to talk about some things knowing that people who knew you would inevitably read it. I noticed that for everything that may have been construed in a negative twist, you immediately turned around and said how your own perception or expectations caused you the pain.
